Our yoga instructor, Miss Kaitlin, has been a dance teacher here at From the Top since 2008. She is very excited to start her own yoga business, Kaitlin Grace Yoga, and begin offering yoga classes through From the Top! 

 

From the Top is composed of students, families and dance teachers. When it comes to our students, their overall physical and mental well-being are of the utmost importance to us. It is our goal to mold our students into great athletes and dancers and in doing so, to mold them into great students and great people. Yoga can help us accomplish this by teaching students confidence, mindfulness, stress relief techniques and so much more.

 

Aside from our dance students, families and teachers, we are excited to open our yoga classes will to the general public as well. Just like with dance, there is a type of yoga for everyone! We hope you will join us!

Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm: Pre-teen Yoga for Flexibility (Ages 10-13)

Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm: Teen Yoga for Flexibility (Ages 14-18)

Saturday 9-9:40am: Adult Gentle Vinyasa Flow All-Levels, 18+)
